As a nationally registered veterinary technician going into a new clinic with my pets, I was appalled. The vet did not look at any records for my pet or ask me a single question about his health nor any concerns I had while in the room. As a pet mom and as a professional, I have serious concerns for the manner in which this clinic practices medicine as the doctor did not attempt to perform any physical exam on my pet and gave injections anyway. Although this was an injection my pet gets regularly and I am comfortable with him getting it, the doctor gave it without knowing my pet had a heart murmur. He did not ask about any medications he was on although my boy takes several. The vet also trusted me at face value to tell him how much medication my dog gets without question and without verifying. Good thing I know what I’m talking about or it could have ended badly. This is a legal issue. The vet is responsible for my pet the minute he enters the room and no veterinary/client/patient was established. He also gave a rabies vaccine without full exam. Granted my kitty was spicy, but at least a heart and lung check would be expected as a new patient. Another legal issue. I would not recommend this clinic to friends or family to use as I know, I will not after today.

The team at Town and Country are amazing! We were in the market for a new vet and one of the workers at our old vet recommended that we call Town and country. I'm so thankful that we followed the recommendation. Dr. Ledger was amazing at explaining his diagnosis and his treatment plan. He was so patient with all our questions and reservations. He reassured us that we were doing everything right and they even worked with our budget when we unexpectedly had to hospitalize our pup. I am grateful for all they did for us and our pup and will continue to go here for all of our furbaby needs.

Thank you so much for such considerate staff and a wonderful vet. We went through everything we could to help my boy. We did end up making the hardest decision ever. The vet was so considerate and made the process the easiest that he possibly could. Thank you so much again.

The vets and staff here are amazing. We have been taking all of our animals here since moving to the area 10 years ago. One of our cats had a complete urinary blockage, and they were able to save his life. He even likes some of the staff their now and will greet them when they walk into the exam room.

I have three dogs, one of which I’ve been taking here since we moved to the area about a year ago. The other two were adopted in Texas and also are seen here. Dr. Austin Ledger is our normal vet and he is extremely kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He’s very thorough and answers all the questions I have every time. All the vets at this practice are nice as well. I highly recommend this practice
