I called the company told them what my problem was. She gave me and estimate over the phone. She told me the locksmith would arrive in 30 minutes but he arrived early. It took him less than 5 minutes to fix my lock. They will definitely get my business the next time.
Rekeyed my apartment no complaints with the work done. Me not knowing when they'd show lead to some unfortunate events, but they did what they could to make things better.
Gentleman arrived in a timely fashion. Got a little lost because i forgot to say an apartment number. Was dressed professionally. Arrived in well marked vehicle. Got my car door opened quickly and easily. Price was cheaper than almost everyone in the area for late notice. I will definitely recommend this agency for anyone in the Harker Heights area.
