Water pump blew on my 05 Jeep, called Roadside Assistance, they told us who they were sending. We called and was told 30 - 45 minutes. I'm disabled with breathing issues, being familiar with the towing industry and how things can cause delay, I started to worry on the wait time. But not even 5 minutes later, Alan called and said he'd be there between 7 - 11 minutes. Very fast and courteous. Alan was great. Definitely would recommend. Thank You for getting us home quickly and safe.

Had a really long day yesterday and Andrew was really great when he came to get my car. Made me feel comfortable, was super understanding about a lot of things and gave me the run down of everything whenever I asked a question. Definitely will be using you guys when it comes to towing anything from now on.

My father's SUV had a flat tire in Killeen downtown and I called roadside assistance at 5:57pm. Unlimited Towing was supposed to arrive at 7:15pm. My father and mother (who are in their 70s) waited until 7:30ish but help never came. My parents had been waiting for more than 1 hour 30 minutes. I was concerned and I called Unlimited Towing and I was told they had to divert the tow truck because of an accident. Really? No phone call to let us know they will not be coming? Unlimited Towing just left them hanging. My parents received not a single call from the office nor the driver. Unlimited Towing = Unlimited Waiting it seems. TL;DR My parents were stranded in downtown with no help. Very disappointing service and I would never choose or recommend this place. They failed to come through when my parents needed them the most in an emergency situation.
