David was attentive and professional when my husband and I got locked out of our home. He did not hesitate to arrive so quickly due to the situation. He arrived within 20 minutes and understood how these situations happen. It was $75 dollars for the service done. We appreciate that with icy roads David was still available and able to help us. Thank you again and we will use more services in the future when needed.
Quick and easy! The gentlemen apologized for the wait (called around 0700 for someone to come out but they came around 0810). He didn’t know that the person who does the early services was off today so he came instead.The keys was locked inside the trunk and he worked to open the doors in less than 2 minutes. Really happy about the service and will be calling them again if me and my husband needs help!
I’m super late posting this it happened back in January 2021. My husband accidentally threw away car keys in the trash I called this place he came. Bought me new key took a couple days and program it to my car and my spare to my car. He was very nice and fixed my problem for half the price the dealership was going to charge me!
NEVER and I MEAN NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. It seems a good deal for 55 dollars at first for car lockout (30 for driving out and 25 for labor) until the technician says it’s an extra 40 DOLLARS IN LABOR FOR 3 MINUTES OF WORK. If you are going to charge an up front labor charge, then do not have the audacity to charge an additional 40 in labor for simple tool usage. This company is a ripoff and I will never use them or recommend them. Stay away like the plague!!!!!!
Our company was in need of immediate lock repair at our business as the lock would not lock to secure to the other door. We called Texas Premier Locksmith and they were very quick to respond. He not only repaired the lock, he also lubricated the hinges and adjusted the door closer without us asking. Locally owned, small business with great pride in their work.
