Thank you to Lionel and Lisa they are a great team and hosted a great service for my sons funeral. I was having some difficulty putting together a slideshow for my sons funeral, Lionel stayed up late one night to get it together for us. Also Lisa was more than accommodating to all of our changes to the program even at the last minute. I recommend Heritage Funeral Home of Harker Heights to anyone that would like to give their loved ones a Great going home service.

I highly recommend Heritage Funeral Home in Harker Heights. Losing a loved one is never an easy process to navigate through. Heritage went above and beyond when my Mom passed away in 2010. My Dad passed away on Sunday, August 16th at 11:45am of this year. I told the hospital that I wanted Heritage to handle my Dads funeral. That same day I got a call from Lionel Noel that they had already picked up my Dads body from Scott and White and he was at the funeral home. I didn't even have to call them. They were the first to initiate communication. Lionel and his team were very courteous and sensitive to what I was dealing with. It was especially comforting to me because I was alone in handling this process with no family to help me at the time and I was away from my wife and kids for almost 2 months while I stayed with my Dad during his sickness. The only issue I had was with the life insurance company who would not release funds to cover the funeral. As for Lionel and the team at Heritage, they did an amazing job.

The loss of a family member is already a difficult time and families depend greatly on the funeral home and director to help get through the process more easily. Our father passed away in Sept of 2019 and Andy was amazing. Unfortunately, our mother passed away on Aug 9th of this year. From day one of working with Lionel Noel, our experience has been awful. The viewing for our mother was shocking and we feel that our mother and each of us were left disrespected and embarrassed. All the mistakes that were made, were addressed directly with Lionel and each time we received an excuse as to why it was wrong or not done at all. To top off the experience, they told us the evening of the viewing that we would not be able to take our mother to the church for Mass, the next day due to issues with the casket. Director actually told our family he could send the casket to church empty for the Mass. Our family is left distraught and offended and angry. We are filing a formal complaint with the commission. We pray another famlly does not have to go through what our family is going through. If you have please file a formal complaint and have the Noel's removed.

This place completely dropped the ball . At the viewing for my husband they completely humiliated me and my family. They forgot the flowers for one and never put up his obituary. Then after several days after the viewing they finally put up the obituary and still forgot his picture with it. I had to literally cry and beg these people to go to HEB to get flowers that were part of the contract that I signed and paid for. Mind you I paid them almost $500 for the flowers to be at the viewing along side my husband’s casket but instead they ended up putting 2 vases of roses from HEB. Pretty sure they didn’t add up to $500. I am completely mortified from this experience and embarrassment. These people clearly don’t care to have made a breach of contract. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!!!!!
