Mr. Leon was very caring and ALWAYS available for our family. His professionalism and availability was above reproach. The entire process was extremely organized. I was very impressed how they were so organized and kept all the items and details of the funeral together and delivered everything to our home in a bag with all of our flowers and plants. They most definitely took a LOT off of my plate. The funeral programs were beautiful! I was very impressed with the patience of the staff member who assisted me with the programs until I was pleased and at peace with the final product. Everyone was soo willing to assist and ensure that our family was satisfied with my husband's home going.
During my hour of need (Ella Rutledge). The staff at Chisolms were WONDERFUL!!! They were there from the beginning to the end. I even received both letters and a follow-up phone call. They were genuinely concerned, kind, and professional. The staff answered questions and offered suggestions. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!
