Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been a customer with enterprise for years. I can say that since the branch moved across the street, everytime I have visited the Killeen Ws Young location, there was always an unpleasant experience. This particular time, I got stuck in an ice storm in Oklahoma with the rental. I tried contacting the branch for a week with no success. When I finally spoke with a representative, she instructed me that everything was fine, but a manager would need to speak with me about the weather situation, accommodations, and me still having the vehicle being as though they were also closed for the week due to bad weather and the snow storm. When I returned the vehicle, the manager charged me extra for satellite radio which I did not purchase as well as 2 whole weeks for having the vehicle even though they were closed and I was stuck in Oklahoma in a snow storm. He did not give good customer service nor did he show any empathy. The total cost for the rental car was almost $800. He never spoke to me about the branch being closed or the weather issue. I assumed that they would have given me a discount or credit for a couple of days or so as their branch was not open and it was impossible to return the car. He seemed uninterested and just ready to get me out of the establishment. I will never go back to this enterprise. Since then I had to call them and have them remove the satellite radio off my bill because it was never ordered or used. When I spoke to the person on the phone, I explained to them that I had not purchased satellite radio. The person on the phone was short with me but did take it off. I am just not happy with the customer service provided by this branch. I have rented from several enterprises but this one is the worst.

Made reservation on line. With co formation. Went to pic up they stayed mo vehicles that day. Poor service. Say whatnot Integrity

Marvin's customer service was THE BEST I've experienced in this town in awhile. He was extremely helpful getting myself and my daughter on the road in a timely manner. This location was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone...

I wasn't renting a car myself. Just taking someone there to rent a car. But must be a good place to do business with because they were greeted outside soon as they got out of the car. And were on their way in just a few minutes after arriving.

Great service the car was dropped off and picked up at the body shop. Great and quick service.
