Exceptional customer service experience with both Uriel (at pick up of vehicle) and with Leconte (at the the return). Both gentleman were extremely courteous, professional, thorough and as important; I was pleased with the vehicle I received.nI truly appreciate and thank you for the great customer service gentleman provided; I will surely return and refer others to this location.

From my first contact, I had a very enthusiastic customer relations person attending to my automobile rental, even after hours of my location was closed, to gather the info needed to make sure I would be attended to the next business day. Upon my contact with the opening of Hertz, this morning, the staff was curtious & attempted to get me to their location. Upon my arrival, they provided me with a vehicle better than my request!! I was astounded at their professionalism! Awesome customer service from all involved, from beginning to my receiving a top notch automobile! Thank you all!!!

Booked ahead of time just to get there and they not have the rental I booked let alone any rental in stock. Asked them why they let ppl book when they dont even have the cars in stock, all I got was “I don’t know”. I asked why they didn’t just call me to let me know they had no cars. They literally told me “we didn’t have a number to call you”nnYOU HAVE TO HAVE A NUMBER TO EVEN MAKEnA RESERVATION smhnn0 out of 0 stars!

They charged me extra fees on my first booking. On my second booking, after a 45min drive to pick up vehicle, I found out they didn't have a vehicle available. I will never book with them again.
