I am a regular Enterprise customer renting 2 -3 times per month. Using this recently opened location has confirmed that reservation confirmations and/or customer loyalty mean NOTHING! If it's important to you to have a car when you need it, do NOT use this location.

Due to accident someone in the office call me and made the appointment to pickup the car. While I was picking up the car as appointment they are telling me no car to give me because they give away our car. Their excuses is body shop changed the date so they just canceled the appointment with out telling me it's cancel. I like to give them no star if I can.nn*****Enterprise replied with their generic respond using send us your information and we will see what we can do. I didn't have any options on car rental place before. Enterprise Rent A Car I will make sure me, my family and all my friends will avoid you from now on.

Social distancing in place. Clean parking lot. Plenty of parking spaces. Well maintained grounds. Great management. I recommend this location.

Bad customer service with the manager named Devend . Didn't feel like I was helped properly and they never came to pick up the car from the Collison Center . I had to go back and give it to them in order to get my deposit back. I'm still waiting. So we see. He needs to work on his phone customer service. The guys that picked me up and dropped me were nice and friendly. The reason they even got a 2 star. Car was not as clean when recieved and someone charger end was in the door . No cars were clean or ready upon arrival. Other customers were complaining when I picked up a car. The place was unorganized..manager needs retraining.

Efficient and friendly check out and check in.nChecked the car back in Monday morning (Sep 28) when there was only one attendant. He was fast, efficient, and handled the telephones that rang almost a fast as he handled each call as well as a growing line of waiting people (6 when I got there and probably 7 when I left). He was professional and Very pleasant throughout. Certainly should be commended as I am sure there should have been more than just him working!
