My friend dropped my save the dates for my wedding at this post office two weeks ago. I live in Kansas. My fiancé’s family members in Texas have not received them 2 weeks later. I tried to call to find out what is happening but I can’t get a person on the line. Completely unacceptable to not deliver mail in 2 weeks. Do better. Enough weddings have been ruined lately.

I had a package scheduled for delivery Saturday , the tracking information says they were unable to access location, yet my regular mail was left on a table next to my front door, not in the communal keyed mail box. This does not make sense, you could find or access my door to lay my private mail on a table but not to deliver a package the same day? The tracking digital number states a note was left with instructions. Since they apparently had no access how did they leave a note. I called the 1800 number the only number I could find and supposedly she updated and set up to re-deliver. However tracking still shows that they were unable to access my location. This package was contracted through UPS to the USPS.. UPS response is to contact the local branch. Notice above no phone number for the local office. Note the 1800 said I could go to the post office to pick up my package. My package was something I ordered via Best Buy if I wanted to deal with pick up I would have it delivered to the store for in store pickup instead of trying to hit the post office during working hours, theirs as well as mine..... first my private mail being left on a table is unacceptable, luckily since I was expecting a expensive package and watched the mail lady walk by I immediately went to the door for what I thought was my package only to find my regular mail laying loose and no package. 2nd the lie about the access is unacceptable, 3rd the inability to reach the station is unacceptable.

I have been trying to just find out where my Christmas presents are but nobody answers and nobody will get back to me. Their automative system is trash. Nobody cares... mailbox is full?!?! I wish mine was but nobody will put mail in it!

My package was supposed to be here on the 18th of July and still no word on why they haven't delivered it yet.
