Disrespectful and Sexist, we made a reservation two days prior to the pick up. My wife shows up and he proceeds to talk down and over her not even providing the opportunity to hear any thing she has to say. He tells her that even though she has a reservation there are no cars available. My wife steps aside to call me and two guys come up to the desk with no reservation so he decide to give them a vehicle. When my wife confronts him about it he berates her and continues to talk down on her. So if you enjoy your spouse being disrespected and an attempt at stealing your money go here. They do a great job at it.

Montana was simply amazing. We had tried a different company prior but Avis will be our go to from now on. I appreciate his friendly demeanor, professional advice, and the way he could point us in the right direction. We got a great deal on a car and they got customers for life.
Never rented a car but I did rent a big truck and the young man was very courteous and helpful
Was happy at first when the reservation and drop off was fast and easy and the guy who helped me was amazing. Problem happened when I noticed they charged my account twice! Now $187 is a big deal and when I called I got the run around. Finaly ended up being told to get a fax number for my information which my bank said that wasn't how it worked and the knew that. Luckily my bank handled it. If you wanna lose your money and get frustrated with bad customer support then Avis is good for you.
