I love this bank in general, but don't expect to be served quickly. Who thought it was a good idea to only have one banker working during a peak hour?? I understand there being a wait during a peak hour, but I've been waiting for close to an hour now. There was only one person in front of me when I got here. No way should I be here for AN HOUR waiting.
Thinking about finding a different bank I was treated poorly here ..Through the drive thru as a Customer that has put a lot of money through this bank in my savings And not including my deposits either that come in ... I automatically got refused service Even though my ID was expired I paid 11$ For a legit paper !! That matches my I’d and account I don’t see why not!? My work schedule I get off late not to mention COVID -19 ughhhh...
