The front desk workers are lazy and impolite. I requested help from a young man with curly hair, and he rudely looked at me as if I was disturbing him from sitting there playing on his phone. TTU needs to screen their employees especially the ones that are the face of the university. I have attended undergrad and graduate school at Tech, and I am honestly disappointed with this poor level of quality in their worker.

Great facility
Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of free use computers for students. Quiet study areas. Large selection of reference material.
Very awful hours. Never enough computers and people racing to get one when it's available. Really not very helpful to students actually trying to study or do homework. The Dell computers are needed by students using GIS programs & yet they allow students to sit on them playing computer games. What a joke.
