They gave out my personal information to a person I was doing business with. Did not file a claim with them having work done on my car but the guy was friends with the claims guy and called him and asking personal information and they told him my business. Very very upset that they would give out my information to a stranger that had no right to it.

I had nothing but bad experiences with fbtn and was fixing to cancel till I started going to this office, everyone at this office that I've encountered has been very nice and knowledgeable. They saved me from leaving fbtn and now I wouldn't go anywhere else! Drew is the guy for all your insurance needs!
