Child Support Division

I called with questions about child support and spoke to a girl named Chasity, she was so helpful. I know and understand their job is extremely stressful. Not many positive outcomes but she was great. Answered all my questions. With all the negative reviews they deserve so much more credit than they get. My exhusband has not paid child support in a very long time but that is NOT their fault, I was married to him. It is up to the individual to provide as much information as possible on the opposite parent. It is child supports job to enforce it with what little information they have. They are not Private investigators they are state works that provide a service to us to the best of their ability. I just wanted to say thank Chasity for all your help.

Rude staff, one lady does not know the law and will speak nonsense stating it as such. One should read current laws. They act like they pick and choose who they help and who they ignore. Very disorganized and unprofessional and have on multiple occasions been talked to in a condescending manner.

If you could give no stars that would be your truest answer. No help!!! Lines always busy, whoever you finally get through to is ALWAYS rude, and they go after certain individuals and not others. They’re absolutely clueless with their own systems. Child support is POINTLESS with this local area. It helps no one!
