Staff are wonderful here! I have 2 cats and 1 has difficulty visiting. They are so understanding and compassionate with my animals and always answer all the questions I may have. I never feel rushed out of the room and feel like everyone genuinely cares about my animals.

I have never been to this facility. I called them on a limb today because my vet was closed, I didn’t know what to do and I had an emergency question regarding an overdose of insulin to my diabetic dog. The woman who answered the phone (I wish I could remember her name) listened to the situation, went and asked 2 different doctors and came back to me within a minute or 2 and told me to call the ER immediately. She said she spoke to both of the doctors and they both said the same thing.nnThis. Is how companies should run their business. Patient care over everything else. I was honestly expecting them to tell me I needed to bring my dog in to be seen before they could offer advice over the phone. NOPE. I brought my dog to the ER and she is staying the night. I am praying she will be ok but I am truly floored by the customer service and patient care my pup received today. Thank you for being so kind

this was not our primary Banfield location, we use the one in Johnston however it was full and they could not accommodate us. Thank god they were full because we met Dr. Whitcomb. We had brought our 9yr old boxer/pit mix to an emergency vet the prior Saturday and found out that he had mast cell cancer. The prognosis wasn't good but Dr. Whitcomb was honest and amazing with us, he spent atleast 20 minutes discussing our options(and he wasn'teven our primaryDr, he was just covering). We took our dog home to be comfortable with pain meds. Over a week later our dog was suffering greatly and we called to see if Dr. W could fit him into his full schedule and put him to sleep for us. Not only did he fit us into his completely full schedule....but he was the most caring, down to earth vet that I have ever met! I honestly felt like he helped make the transition that much easier, and we were grateful to him and his female assistant. I will be transferring my other animals to him as well. I cannot thank him and his staff enough. Banfield-you truly have an angel working for you ❤. Love, the Winsors
