I ordered 3 of the 118 LED Solar 1,000 Lumens lights for my dock.
I received all three perfectly wrapped in the box as I installed them I notice that one of the light would not turn on during any of the two functions. I reached out to Home Lighting asking for a replacement light, I was asked to provide them a 30 sec video of the light not working and to send it to them, I then received a note back confirming the light was a defect and they would send one out to me but I would now have to pay they shipping cost of $17.30.
I then responded and asked I spent over they amount to receive free shipping and I would not pay for them to replace the defected not working light, I've asked Patrick to pass me along to his supervisor or the owner he would not.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
DO NOT Use scam. They never shipped the product.
Terrible Company!! Added on items I did not authorize, then told my order was cancelled only to have it shipped to me and my account charged days later. Now I am being required to pay shipping to Venezuela to get my refund. Shipping is more than the items cost.. BEWARE- Does business under Homeandlighting.co
Highly dont recommend. Cannot return not working light since August. They offered to send me a return to Venezuela..
