Melinda helped educated us about tubs when we had been to four other stores that not one person helped us. She then asked us about our project, and helped us move towards the next step in an educated, prepared way. We learned about tub faucets and toilets and so many other details that were vital to the order of install work that our project required to move forward in a timely manner. If I needed things repeated again and again, she did so with a smile.
She took time to listen to my likes and dislikes and researched each item until I was happy with it. She had a really great “can do” attitude and the best customer service I’ve had. She wasn’t afraid to ask someone more knowledgeable than her for a second opinion on a few of my oddball questions. This woman was amazing. Can’t say enough about her and how happy I am with my purchases !
The best service I have ever had! The employees helped me diagnose my issues with my leaky tub faucet and gave me the best knowledge advice on everything I asked about. I will always go to this location for anything I ever need.

Trust your instincts. I went into the store looking for a specific tool for a plumbing repair. I asked the man at the counter where I could find it, he showed me the item I was looking for, but then started talking to me about how it was the wrong tool for the job. He talked me into buying a tool that was double the price, but I didn't mind as long as it worked. Got home and it DID NOT WORK! Not only did it not work, but the threads on the tool stripped. I went back to the store not an hour later, couldn't find the gentleman I had talked to, explained the situation and was told there was a no return policy on tools. So I went to Lowes, bought the tool I had originally intended to buy at Standard. It worked immediately and my problem was fixed. Thank GOD I spent that extra $40 dollars.
These guys have everything you need. Every time I go to Lowe's I end up coming here because Lowe's doesn't have it. This time Lowe's wouldn't sell me 3/4 inch sprinkler tubing at less than 100 ft roll. Got a foot here no problem. I'll just be coming here every time cause they always have it.
They helped me get everything I needed to do my job and explained the process to put it all together the right way that was awesome keep up the great work thanks everyone see you soon.
