We called and they came within an hour. James, our technician, was courteous and conscientious. He went the extra mile to find our part within reasonable driving distance to expedite repair rather than ordering since we were on day 3 with no heat during major cold snap with nights in the 20 degree range. He even stayed around and restarted system several times to make sure the repair was done correctly. The call center handled our call with courtesy and care. I can’t say enough good. So glad they were recommended to us!

Will was great. Helped me diagnose a problem with my heat pump fan not turning on over the phone. My house is currently under cootie quarantine so I didn't want to put their crew at risk having them come out. I thought I had the problem diagnosed myself and wanted to confirm it with them. They have the parts on order and I can pick them up tomorrow. I really appreciate them taking a non-traditional approach to helping me get back up and running!

Our water heater had way too much pressure. So I called Griffin and they were FAST and AMAZING.. we had David come out and look at our water heater and fix what needed to be fixed. Super fast and friendly. I recommend using Griffin for all plumbing needs!.
