I have had a left shoulder issue for more than 5 years. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the work they did with me actually helped reduce that pain when previous physical therapists had been unable to help! I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

My experience at STAR PT has been exceptional. Starting from Jan at the front desk to Amanda and Spence who provide services, I could not have asked for a better customer/patient experience. Whenever I have a concern regarding my progress or have questions about how to improve my mobility Amanda and Spence have given me the time and attention I need. I know when I am there I will be pushed to perform and given the right encouragement needed to keep going. I have found that I get what I put into PT. Amanda and Spence are my guide and it is my responsibility to follow through and give it my all. The encouragement and accountability I receive is exactly what I need. I am grateful to find a place that has gone above and beyond to help me get back on my feet during this healing process.

The location is easy to access. You are greeted courteously and their introductory paperwork is not too onerous. The therapist, in my case Spence, reviews the information provided, listens to your concerns, and develop a treatment plan that, for me, is working to reduce my pain and discomfort.

I would absolutely recommend this place. Spence and Amanda were both fabulous. They literally helped me learn how to walk again... they were knowledgeable and easy to be around. Jan at the front desk is a sweetheart too. I’m grateful I got to be their patient, and while I hope I don’t need PT again, if I do, I’ll absolutely go back to them. Thanks for being the best, Amanda and Spence! You’re the real MVPs!

I was so skeptical about going to therapy but after I walked in to this place all my skepticism went away. Jan is awesome and Amanda and Spence are so great! I am on my way to doing alot better because of them! I would definitely give them 5 stars!
