It is nice to go somewhere with friendly staff, who listen to you (especially when you aren’t quite sure how to explain exactly what is wrong), and make you laugh when you are feeling poorly.nI looked forward to going to physical therapy because I always knew I was in great hands, and they would not only help me feel better, but they strived to meet my individual needs. It never felt like I was receiving “cookie-cutter” treatment - it was always tailored to what was best for me.nCovid-19 protocols are followed, which was reassuring to me during this time. It was nice to not worry about that while I was working on getting better.nIf you need to go to physical therapy, go somewhere you will feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of - go to Benchmark.

So I went here for therapy on my shoulders and It was such a great and easy experience! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like a priority and was well taken care of! They answered every question and walked me thru everything I needed to practice doing outside of the visit as well! I highly recommend checking them out!

I been going to benchmark physical therapy for 16 sessions for recovery of a full knee replacement. From the beginning they have treated me with the utmost care and really push my knee area for both flatness & flexation. Still aways to go but I've got faith in benchmark physical therapy. Thanks y'all. John

I have been a patient at this office and going at least once a week over the years. I always get great relief the therapist and receptionist are delightful. The office is clean comfortable and appointments are readily available.
