My husband and I have been coming to this clinic for years. We have always received excellent care. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

We've been going here for the last 10years. Always a good experience. And with the one bad experience it was quickly fixed and turned around.

I cannot believe the experience i had at this location. Doctor Michael Flynn not only did not listen to my issue but left and went home shortly after the visit started and passed me off to a counselor. I advised the doctor of a back injury i was suffering from as well as a severe issue with anxiety and depression. The doctor told me to try yoga to help my back after I explained that it had popped out of place making standing and sitting excruciating, my left leg was and still is going numb randomly. I need an X-Ray, how is yoga going to ensure my back is healthy? I can hardly bend at all. ( He should have referred me to a doctor who knew what they were doing.) Instead the doctor twisted my leg around confirming my discomfort, and said to workout. I informed him that my anxiety is debilitating to the extent that I cannot work let alone leave my house on some days, he replied "do you work out?" He did not listen nor do his job. I then advised him that the med i was prescribed was dangerous for me to use because it made me incapable of short term memory. When i would drive i could not recall if lights i passed were green or if i had ran a red light. I told him that the choice of anxiety med was not a valid solution. I told Dr. Flynn that the med was not a valid option for me and i said "I do not know what to do, I need help, I don't want to lose my job or feel this way anymore. " He responded, " I wish i knew what to tell you, you should just keep the med and take it at home or dump them at a disposal box" then left the room and went home for the day. I needed a doctors note for a day i had to go home early due to my extreme back pain. The doctor did not assist me whatsoever. My anti depressant script ran out because he did not even discuss refills, he kept me on the same dangerous anxiety med and has still not provided a medical note even after his "team" promised i would receive the note in just a few days. Its now been weeks. He took my money, and did NOTHING! I cannot believe this so called doctor treated me as a paycheck. I am a human with medical needs, of which i need a doctors assistance. Again this doctor took my money and billed my insurance and provided zero care, he acted out of his arena of specialties and needs to have his license taken. The care given was not acceptable whatsoever.
