I went into today with severe stomach pain/vomiting. They got me right in, nurses with Dr. Porter were amazing- including Dr. Porter. I run an animal hospital and this how customer service should be. They ran tests, CT- ensured I was comfortable and showed empathy and compassion. Thank you for taking care of me and listening to my concerns. I appreciate all of your hard work especially during this crazy year. I hope I don’t have to be back for health reasons 😆 BUT I will go there again hands down if need immediate attention. ❤️❤️

I'm only giving them one star because they get you in quickly other than that they're pointless I've been there total three times and every time nobody can help me with my symptoms and tells me to go to the main hospital, this last time the nurse quickly walked away from me why asking me a bunch of questions to the room and then when I got to the room she asked me a bunch of unrelated questions to my issues, I got to the point where I just was like never mind I'm good and I walked out even though I wasn't extreme pain. it's a waste of my time I rather go somewhere else where you know if I'm going to sit there I'm actually going to get the help I need instead of oh this might be wrong with you or this might be wrong with you and end up sending me to the main hospital anyways.

I just dont understand why they even call this an "emergency center" yeah they take you in quickly to the room but what's the point of doing that if I'm gonna be waiting 45 mins for the one nurse to get done with 7 other patients (trust me I saw her go in multiple rooms)!!!! If I come its because I have an EMERGENCY . Needs way more staffing because the wait was ridiculous. And by the reviews I already know my bill is going to be high. Great.

Husband went there for a ankle issue and told them he had it done at home and got worse at work. They took it as it happened at work when it never did and they billed us for a huge bill and tried talking to them and they have no clue what they are doing they are the worst place ever do not recommend

My daughter was seen at Taylorsville Emergency on 8/26 for a neck/back sports injury. After an examination and X-rays, she was diagnosed with a sprained/torn back. She was off sports for 2 weeks to recover. Went back to normal activity and the pain got worse. I took her to a specialist today 9/22, he looked at her X-rays from the Taylorsville ER and could clearly see her back was fractured. How they missed this is beyond me. I am very disappointed that my daughter wasn’t properly diagnosed the first time and that their incompetence may have caused more damage.
