I just worked there as an agency nurse. I want family to know they are taking excellent care of your loved ones. They have wonderful staff who view your family as their own. I was so impressed and thankful to be able to help out during this crisis. Rest easy. They are a caring, quality place.

Monteagle has a new Administrator and new Director of Nursing committed to patient-focused care and has a deep respect for the residents. Significant changes are taking place to improve the quality of care and look of the building. They just added a new Occupational Therapy room and have renovated their gym. It is an excellent place for your loved ones to receive care and get quality therapy. Monteagle Rehab and Wellness Center has a patient-first approach focused on the quality of life for its residents.

I have seen a great deal of changes happen in the year I have been here but one thing that I know has remained the same is the people that work here do not see their positions as jobs but they truly love and care about the residents entrusted to them. They face many challenges each day but their victory of over coming the challenges only makes them strive harder as a team. The fact that their entire mission is built on spiritual values is the one of the greatest strengths that they display . I feel as I have gotten to personally know some of the greatest healthcare hero’s in the business yet the home like atmosphere reminds me daily that I am a part of this fantastic team and has made me feel very honored when they accepted me into their team with open arms. Administration never ask you to do anything they would not tackle their self. They let you know without a doubt that they appreciate your efforts and that says to me it’s a great place to be and an exceptional place for you or your precious loved one if you ever find yourself in need. I am blessed!

This facility has the most wonderful, beautiful, unique, and thoughtful residents. It's a blessing to get to come here to work everyday. This is more than just a work place. SHC Monteagle is a residential community, a home, and a family.
