In the one year that I spent at TCAT, this school taught me a lot. However it took a lot from me as well. TCAT BELLS financial aid person (Teva) was very unprofessional and lack the skills that is required to the provide the students the best financial opportunity that are available to them. Any time you had a question you was sent on a wild goose chase for the answer and still ended no further than you started with getting your questions answered. TCAT did not try to come to any kind of resolution with us on a graduation or pinning ceremony (that COVID had taken away from us). Although we as student reach out about ideas such as drive by Pinning or even a virtual ceremony. The teacher, Mrs.Ericka was a good teacher when it came to teaching the material but she did not fight to advocate for her students much. The secretary, Wendy was also very unprofessional at times and was not inviting to be the first person that you encounter when entering this building. I hated feeling like TCAT was more money oriented than goal oriented when it came to the students. If ask would I refer someone to this particular Four Rivers facility my answer would have to be no. I am not a Disgruntled student, I was the Valedictorian of my class that did not to much care for the way the TCAT system was ran. Just my opinion i hope it helps.
