There is nothing more frustrating than standing in line at checkout and being ignored. 2 girls, sitting down, putting stickers in photo envelopes couldn't be bothered to look up and ask if I needed help. While standing I noticed they now had self checkouts so I proceeded to use one. Clear signage would have helped but what would have been even nicer would have been for a girl to look up and politely direct me to one rather than pretend I wasn't there.
