Went into the store with my sweatshirt over my face as a facial covering. As soon as I went intonThe the store, the woman behind the counter started berated me insisting that I have a mask. I told her that facial covering is required, I had my hood on and tied the laces. She immediately went into professional argument mode and told me I was being disrespectful , which I was not, I was simply making my case for facial cover vs mask as outlined by State of Mass website. I called when I got home to talk to the owner and was accused of Bullying. I am not a bully. I was bullied and tried to explain but kept getting cut off. If you value the truth, and your freedom, stayyyyyy away!
Great customer service. I would say the selection is a little lacking, but only because it's a smaller liquor store
Shocked when I went to buy beer and saw that they have Portuguese food for sale. Bonus!!! Nice selections and very friendly service. Side parking lot is tricky with the declined slopes. 5 Stars
Nice location and nice people.
Usually I have a great experience here, good prices and friendly staff but tonight I was completely off put by a cashier who was generally rude and unkind - not a customer service attitude at all .... This is a highly unusual experience for me at this location that I've been going to for at least 3years.... If my next few encounters are similar to tonight's I'll be taking my business elsewhere.... I'm hoping the guy was just having a bad day and the negative experience was a fluke
