I've been lender shopping for a mortgage and am fairly naive about the whole process. Kristen Angel spent lots time on the phone with me, was SO helpful, answered tons of my questions, was kind and wasn't in a big hurry to get off the phone like some loan officers are. Kristen epitomizes excellent customer service and Ag Credit needs to know that. Any other lender needs to be taking notes on how she treats potential borrowers! THANK YOU Kristen!

I had a great experience with River Valley AgCredit. Kristin Angel led me through it and I barely had to do a thing. I wasn't confused or stressed and I credit Kristin with making it so easy. She was super nice to me and that's very important to me. It was just so easy! I will recommend River Valley AgCredit to all the people I know.
