I brought my wedding dress to Kathy's to be altered in a real pinch. Because I purchased my dress from a seamstress located overseas, my dress took a few weeks to arrive and I ended up finding the right shop for the job only three weeks before my wedding. Not only did they begin immediately (and I do mean immediately, I went in for my first fitting the same day), it was completed unbelievably quickly and the work done was flawless. My dress looked perfect and fit me like a glove. I can't say thank you enough! The work was pricey, but it was 100% worth it for such amazing results.
Had a bridesmaids dress altered here and my husbands suit tailored/dry cleaned- the owner and her assistant are both super sweet! Would definitely recommend for alternations!
I brought in a pair of jeans to have the zipper replaced. Other tailors said it would only take a few days but I went to Top Notch because they were the closest to my house... after 2 WEEKS I finally picked up my jeans to bring somewhere else because they still weren't done. This place is rediculously slow.
For some strange reason they staple their paper tags to the shirts. Being forced to pry staples out of my shirts is ridiculous.nNo other place does this. What are they thinking?
