Good pet store. Clean looking staff. Very helpful. A BIT pricey. 20 dollars for ear cleaner? I'm going to Amazon if I don't need it immediately.

It’s sad how they can happily send an animal home with a family or a child and know there’s a high chance it won’t survive because of the way they treat them at the store.nI have had many many hamsters through my life. I decided to get 2 from them. One died and the other was put down by them because of how sick it was. I got another from them to try again and now that one died too. I DIDN’T EVEN HAVE ANY OF THEM FOR A WEEK AND THEY WERE ALL KEPT SEPARATE.nTHEY ALSO ADMITTED THAT THEY GAVE ME A SICK HAMSTER AND THAT ALL THE OTHERS IN THE CAGE WHEN I PURCHASED MINE WERE ALSO SICK BUT THEY DIDN’T TELL ME WHEN I GOT IT OR EVEN GIVE ME A CALL WHEN THEY FOUND OUT.nAs for the hamster that they took to the vet. I called every day until 3 days before I was supposed to get him back. They told me he was fine and that the vet treated him. I called the day I was supposed to pick him up and they said they had to put him down. DO I NOT DESERVE A PHONE CALL???nLong story short, I AM NEVER PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM PETSMART AGAIN. I will not support any of this.

We just picked up our husky and she looks ridiculous! The groomer called and told us for safety reasons they could not continue. We could not believe what the dog looked like when we picked her up. Her whole back side was shaved, right down to the skin. I get that she needed a close cut because of her hair being somewhat matted but to have left nothing on her backside is crazy. She's a husky!! Her skin is pink. We have taken her there before and another groomer did fine. I guess you never know who will be the grooming your animal and the experience level. Just be aware.

We went looking for hermet crabs, which has been the only Pet store I. Our area that has not only had them but also had supplies for them. The staff was amazingly helpful and my grandsons and I were totally happy to add to our Hermie collecrion!!
