I've always done my taxes with turbotax. This year I went ahead and tried h&r block never again will I come here. Alteast being ignored by turbotax doesn't feel as rude as it does goin into a business with face to face conversation and being ignored. I've asked my tax preparer to call me back on muti occasion never got a call back. I've never had a problem getting my tax refund but this year I did my taxes Jan 29th still have not received my deposit as well as a friend that did hers the day before mine. Ipeople who did there taxes way after me received their 2 weeks ago. Iunderstand this year is different but to be ignored makes me mad he had no problem when I came as a customer. Now he is never available to call me back. I'll be doing turbotax the following years.
