Wow. So, Tabitha was AMAZING! Jackson Hewitt should feel proud to have her as an outstanding employee.nnTypically, filing taxes is a stressful task on its own. But pile some generalized anxiety disorder on top of it, and it becomes a storm of discomfort. So much so, that usually I just file on my own online. I dread this time of year every year and I have to drag myself to my computer to do it. This year, I didn’t have the knowledge to file by myself. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed the assistance of a tax expert in order to properly file my taxes. This is where Tabitha came in to save the day.nnI had about 1000 questions and not enough time to file my taxes when I walked in to Walmart a few weeks back. I simply stopped to get a sample of information before I proceeded with filing. Tabitha instantly empathized with me and provided me with comfort and peace of mind. She answered all of my questions, reassured me of my concerns, and set me up with an appointment.nnWhen I came in today to start this tedious process, I expected it to take an extensive amount of time and was prepared to be stressed. Thanks to Tabitha, that stress what unnecessary. She built rapport with me and showed she cared about her job. She kept it very professional but also warm and inviting. She explained every step taken as she went, always leaving room for me to ask questions or address concerns. Though there weren’t any because she answered every inquiry I had before I could speak it! She related to me on a personal level and made me feel important, rather than making me feel like a burden the way most customer reps do. Then, everything was over with before I knew it, just like that my taxes were filed and I didn’t even have to break a sweat!nnI was fortunate enough to catch a great promotion by filing with Jackson Hewitt, but based on my experience with Tabitha alone, I would’ve been willing to pay full price to get that kind of excellent customer service again. She was an outstanding example of superior work ethic. Thank you so much for showing me that filing my taxes doesn’t have to be headache. I will most definitely be back next year!!

They got me 1500 less then H&R Block. If I didn't have to put a star I wouldn't have gave them any

I had my taxes prepared by Ms. Tiffany from JH. She was extremely professional and answered every question I had. Her personality was very welcoming and was very clear and concise with her explanations. I'm now switching to JH from H&R Block because she left a solid impression on me.
