This was the first time that I have ever been in an h&r block I am 41 years old and I have never been in a store I was very nervous and afraid because I've never done anything like this the lady named Bridget Miller was very sweet and kind to me she went above and beyond her job to help me to calm down and reassured me that I was doing everything right that I had nothing to worry about and at the time I was concerned about my son because something had happened while in the interview and this lady showed how much of a heart she has for people she was more concerned about my son's safety than her own job and that meant a lot to me because she knew that I was worried about my child she is a very caring person I wish we had more people like her to represent businesses thank you so much for showing me a great experience

Racheal was the one who had helped me with my taxes. She was so great last year that I figured I would go back to her this year. I get some people have rough days but I’m a single mother. I do my best and kindness goes so far with me. She hardly talked at all. when she did she was extremely rude. I had told her I did my taxes twice online at H&R Block. Com and each time I got the same amount back and it was higher than what she was telling me I’m getting back. I just wanted to come in because I get paranoid and don’t want to mess anything up. I guess she took that as an insult when I was not trying to insult her. I came to her for help. Her response was rude and hateful. So I just agreed with everything she had said and decided to just get it over with because she obviously knew what she was talking about being a senior tax preparer. She just could have educated me instead of making me feel like I was completely incapable.

Because I've used H&R Block for a decade and have never had an issue. I absolutely love my tax pro. She always explains things to me in a way that I understand them.
