This is one of the best physical therapy places I have ever been too. Everyone is so kind and caring and you feel welcomed every time you walk in the door. You can tell that they truly want you to be back to your best self!

I’ve been seeing Wesley for over a year now for a knee injury. I can confidently say that I would not be where I am at this moment without having not only his but other PTs (Shelby, Brittany, Monica, ect.) help and care. Everyone is always super polite especially those who work the front desk (Leah and Nick). Would recommend this location to anyone. I’ve always spoke very highly about everyone at this location and will continue to do so for a very long time.

I came to ATI post surgery three times. My therapist, Shelby, was absolutely delightful. However the waiting room is very small and the chairs are right next to each other and when I came in for my second visit there was a man sitting there without a mask on. And as I sat as far away from him as I could another young man was leaving and did not have a mask on. I asked my therapist why they’re allowed in without masks and she said that they can’t enforce it. That is totally unacceptable! But that’s the way South Carolina operates. Same problems in grocery stores etc. So I’m going back to my previous therapy place that has a very large waiting room, a lot less clientele at one time and everybody I saw on the 2 1/2 months I went there were wearing masks always

I was supposed to have an appointment for occupational therapy after hand surgery. Unfortunately, ATI decided to cancel and destroy the script for OT because I did not return call within 24 hours. On the voicemail, there was no mention to return call by ____date or the case will be closed. I think that is important information for a new patient to know that has not had surgery yet.nFortunately, I learned how rude the front desk man(Nick) was with new patients after no information being left on voicemail. I will be going elsewhere for all my OT needs. I’ve had excellent PT care at Benchmark in Moore in the past and use their customer service as the standard I expect. ATI falls far short of even average customer service.
