Love the location and EV chargers have attracted us to come downtown more and support local businesses and walk around downtown. City should improve some areas with more lights but over all great place to come nights and weekends.

I suppose this garage works for people who don't need a handicapped spot. The nearest ones are two levels up, past dozens of reserved slots which were half empty. I have to wonder who thought all those reserved spots were necessary and whether they are all for able-bodied people. I have to drop off my disabled vet husband at the front door of the Social Security building across the street because there is no way he can hobble that far on two bad knees using a cane after recent shoulder surgery. I guess the ADA doesn't apply to this establishment.

I would give it a five since it is near by a lot of restaurants, music on main , the children's museum and a lot more however it isn't closely watched since some people drive like it's the fast and the furious, I have came across a dogs School in this parking garage, and since it's downtown Spartanburg I have seen a few shady characters either in the parking garage or nearby. I have spotted graffiti on the Wall's and teenager's hanging out on the upper deck of the parking garage. All and all I haven't had a bad experience here. I would just keep an open eye and stay conscious of your surroundings.
