Frank Fratto Carpet Cleaning

Having cleaned carpets now for 11 + years and owning my own business in this industry had someone asked me “who I would recommend”. I would have emphatically recommended myself. However after spending an hour and a half on the phone with Frank yesterday I realize that I would be happy and comfortable recommending him ANYONE including my own mother. His pricing should be the standard, and his knowledge is second to none in this region and that’s only the beginning. He is honest, fair and has a pride in his work that rivals any company I’ve ever worked with. I can’t say enough good things about this guy! He has been in the industry since 1981 and still does the work with a zeal that rivals that of a 20 year old! Thank you Frank your advice and patience with me. It will serve to make me better, raising the bar in this valley as to what it means to have someone come in and CARE for your carpets! Thank you for everything you’ve done for me as I will be implementing all of your advice in my own process and business. And while our thinking and attitudes towards carpet cleaning and our customers are similar I’ve learned more from you about the little things than I have space to mention here. He uses a very low moisture process that will leave your carpets looking 10 years newer and he arrives with a can do attitude that Can’t help but to rub off on you. It saddens me to think that I won’t be able to recommend you to my own customers or potentially customers in the case where timeline restraints disallow me from accommodating them should my own schedule be too busy. I say this as frank is starting over in Florida to be close to his children (how good is this guy!!!)
