My experience with this law firm has been quite interesting my case first started in 4/4/18 in which I was very pleased I was getting quick response & great help from Frank as well as his assistant (so I thought) over time I started to notice that at court hearings very little of the information I was providing his office was being shown to help my case (and again this was very viral information that could help my case) See my case is a DSS case & he is a public defender to me & if you have as DSS case I'm sure you can relate make sure when you get your file all of your information is there keep copies of things yourself & definitely pay attention I'm still going through a case with DSS & they still provide very little or none of the evidence that I provide that could potentially help me & when I speak on it I get no response or labeled angry because I ask numerous of times with no response and it's sad because all your (as a parent) is trying to do the right thing I hope that they can make some changes so that they will be able to really help their clients fully and to the best of their ability

Jennifer was extremely helpful and nice to work with. She had our paperwork ready when we arrived. After a couple of questions, we made a last minute change. She handled the change quickly and with grace. Pricing was reasonable and filing was prompt. We will definitely consider using again.
