I had a worker’s compensation case and I didn’t know how to find an experienced attorney that I could trust to work in my best interest. I started my google search and found Rob Usry. What I was first impressed with was the website which has a wealth of information regarding what to expect from a worker’s compensation case. For example, not feeling guilty about the whole process. You’ve been injured and you should be compensated. In addition, I was always kept in the loop regarding where my case was in the process and always given the opportunity to express myself regarding whether I was happy with how my case was being handled. I’ve been dealing with Rob Usry for a year and a half handling my case. I’ve never been involved in anything of this nature before so needed a lot of explanation to say the least. I ended up settling for less than I felt the company should have been responsible for BUT Rob was always very honest with me and knew my main goal was them being held accountable and that definitely happened. I’m so grateful for him, Rose, and Pam. Rob and Rose were awesome at keeping me well informed and were always very quick to respond to my calls and emails, and check on my well-being after any procedures I had.nI definitely don’t begrudge ANY of his fee due to all the time that was involved. Thank you so much guys!

Mr. Usry went out of his way to help me navigate a difficult case with my daughter, and while he wasn't able to help me in the long run, he was thorough in his discovery period, kept in constant contact with me, and kept me abreast of what he was doing. In the end, together, we decided the case wasn't worth pursuing, but if I ever need help in the future, Rob would be the first person I would reach out to. He was kind, professional, and above all else, his number one concern was my daughter's well-being. A+ for effort, professionalism, and compassion. Thank you, Rob!

This is what you need to know. These people are kind, professional, and critically for me, won't make you pay to speak to someone just to give you their average cost based on average number of hours. Just look at their site, they're clearly trying to make you as informed as possible before you've paid anything. They're clear that it's an average or starting point, but they were the one place I called that I not only gave me estimated amounts but didn't make me fight them for it. That kind of transparency is what made me go with them and it was a great choice. Every single aspect of my file was managed with great attention to detail and was given priority, they worked hard to communicate everything with me and work with my specific needs. That's a lot any year but especially this year. I absolutely recommend Mr Holland to anyone. Very comfortable to talk to, does everything he can to set you at ease and make sure he's met all your needs.

John Holland and his staff are very professional !! He helped me get what I deserve in a child custody case. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone I know.
