If you have another option, take it. Dr’s just want to move you through. You’ll wait forever to be seen on the day of your appointment. You’ll wait forever to get an appointment. Heaven forbid you need something in between your appointments because you will NEVER get a call back. These people shouldn’t even be allowed to practice medicine.

Hurry up and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. GET THE PICTURE. WILL FIND SOME PLACE ELSE. EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE TO CHARLOTTE NC..PLEASE DON'T COME HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The most unhelpful, unfriendly staff I've dealt with. Wait times are hour and a half to 2 hours with an appointment. There is virtually no communication between staff and patients. You literally don't interact with staff until it's time to pay. I can't believe they're in the medical field. Sad...
