I have been a patient here for 5-6 years now. I see Dr. Kucaba. I'm very pleased with him as well as his nurses. They are always ready to help get to the root cause of your problem. Have no problems with being sent to specialist. I don't have any problems with any of the staff. I feel very Blessed to have this team helping me.

This is an awesome office with an awesome staff. As someone who has never liked going to the doctors in the past this place has made it 100x more enjoyable. The staff are very nice and friendly and Doctor Kinney is amazing and she has been an very knowledgeable and reliable doctor. I'm glad i decided to come here and have her become my doctor.

I’ve been seeing Ann Bartee for about three years now. She has always made me feel that my concerns are important and valid. Even just recently we had a virtual video call, my first one, and I still felt like I was in the same room with her during the visit. She makes me feel better about how component I am at managing my health as well as I feel great knowing I have a provider that listens to my concerns.nnI have never had a bad experience with the front desk staff. A few times they have been having their own conversations but do stop when you walk in. There have been days when I’ve felt they are rushing to get you checked in, but as someone who works in another healthcare office I understand that some days are harder than others.

Doctor Melissa Kimball is Great, very nice.nFront office and management is terrible.n1) To go see the doctor, you need appointment, so you need to plan to be sick or they tell you to go to the emergency room.n2) This didn’t only apply to me but to my wife too. They tell you it’s management policy.n3) Referal are not sent in. You need to call and or take another appoint to know what happened to your referral. Same with prescription sometime.n4) You have a PPO insurance and the front lady keep on telling you that the doctor need to make a referral if you want to see a specialist. They won’t give you any new.n5) To reach them is an headache. It seems they have a lot of issues with telephone company.n6) Office doesn’t call you for blood test result or follow up. Blood test result could be damaging if not taken care right away. Patient may not even know. It seem they don’t care.nThis place is not overly crowded, it could be great. I guess they choose this archaic management.
