I don't usually take time to write reviews unless something was really great or really bad. These guys/gals were the best. Professional, personable and the fastest, thorough service I've ever received from a physician's office. From the beginning of the visit until the walk out the door, 5 stars.

Dr. Glenn is an amazing physician! She gave up her lunch break to treat my daughter and myself with last minute appointments. She has always gone the extra mile for all my family and we are honored and thankful to be her patients.

It saddens me to experience the erosion of trust between my family and Dr. Gibson and the staff at his office. My family and myself have been seeing Dr. Gibson since I was a child, I’m now in my 30’s, and until recent years we have always been well cared for. I changed providers a few years ago when it became apparent that Dr. Gibson had simply become to busy and I felt like more of an annoyance than a patient, even though I had only been in twice in as many years.nnFast forward to today. My father is experiencing a medical issue, not an emergency but a problem that needs to be addressed within a reasonable time frame. He went into the office to make an appointment where he was told by office staff that because his last appointment was 3 years ago he was no longer a patient and he would have to get a letter from Dr. Gibson stating that he would accept him again as a patient. This is many things, insulting is one, demeaning is another. Primarily though, this is a breach of trust in the patient-provider relationship. To feel secure in the relationship you have with your physician, to know that even though your not sick often that when you are you know who’s going to take care of you, is truly a special sense of security. Then to be denied the care you need by the very one whom you’ve entrusted with your health, your family’s health, that’s a betrayal.nnIf it’s a requirement to be seen a minimum number of times within a certain time frame, why not be upfront about it? Explain to your patients what the requirements are and why, and have office staff call and set up yearly physicals or what ever else is required to keep you status as a patient.nnI know this seems overly dramatic, however, the provider- patient relationship truly is a special one. Save marriage, what other relationship do form in your adult life that requires more trust and vulnerability?

This is a very good and professional facility. I have always been treated with the upmost respect and dignity. Everyone is always polite and very helpful. My wife and I both go here.
