I normally don’t write reviews but I was so disappointed in my dry cleaning service here. After having my cloths for 6 days I went to pick them up. No one was on the office so I called the number provided. Kim seemed annoyed and said she would be in around 5:00. Didn’t hear from her so at 6:00 I called again she said that she thought I was picking them up the next day. I told her several times that I needed them by Saturday night. At 6:45 she called and said she would be there in 10 min I live in Magna so it took about 20 minutes to get there and she called me twice on my way there asking when I would be there. I never had service like this and won’t ever be going back. I’m just happy I got my dry cleaning back.
Trusting staff they were out of the office one day and left a number I had a problem with the machine and I called the guy and he told me exactly what to do easy to do your laundry in a quick amount of time
Star coin laundry is by far so far the best place I have ever gone to to get any laundry done it's cheap efficient and quick with excellent customer service
I’ve been here a couple of times mainly to get some dry cleaning done and the prices are reasonable, the employees (owners?) keep their word on timeframes, and they are very kind people. I will keep coming here for sure.
Excellent service, any amenities you would need: soaps, softeners, mini arcade, grocery and food closeby! 10/10
