Wonderful friendly people, from making the first appointment until we were done. someone was always letting us know what was going on and what time we needed to be back for what! The teeth fit beautifully. It was an awesome experience! And the price was right ud83dude01

They pulled all my teeth and gave me dentures. I went twice for adjustments and the little young guy with all the hair, told me that there was no point in coming again because they had done all they can do. Since I can't return until my reline, I have spent the past 4 mths as a shut in. I paid over $1000 for this???????? I cannot wear my bottom dentures because they HURT! I wear my top ones when I MUST go out. Never wear the bottoms.

I give a review of -5 stars, I was referred to this place by a dentist in Spartanburg, SC. I needed to have my lower denture repaired. As soon as I arrived to this office I realized how rude the clerks are, they lack respect for the patients, they seem annoyed by your presence there. The Dr. stated that they needed to send the lower denture to be repaired somewhere else, I paid for the repair fees in full and waited to come back to try the repaired dentures. After 2 trips back to this place to get the adjustment right I was relieved not to have to come back to this place again. Two months after the repair was done the wire repaired on the denture broke the same way as I brought it in the beginning. I returned to this office and Ms. Jennifer stated that there was not guarantee on jobs done for repairs, that they could not correct the bad repair that they did, that the lab that made the repair would not repair it for free and that this office was not responsible for material used by the lab. She stated that in order to have this denture repair I had to go through the whole process again and pay again the $249.00 fees that I paid before. I initially paid them for a work that only lasted for 2 months, this means that every time the repair breaks I have to come back to pay these people for the same service that I was offered to get before in the beginning. Initially they are not up front telling the patient about not guaranteeing the repair, they don't tell you that you are on their hook to keep coming back so they can rip you off of your money, so many times, all over again for the same repair. I talk to the lab who made the repair and they stated that they stand behind the products they use for the repairs but Palmetto Denture Care says they are not responsible for the repair done, on the end they take your money but no one takes the responsibility for ripping you off of your money. What they offer is a deceiving service, they take your money but they do not deliver what you are expecting to receive as a patient. I will never recommend this place to anyone, take your business somewhere else where you are respected as a patient and the service will be worth the value of your money and time.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I had one extraction. It was a breeze and I saved a ton of money!!! My dentist said it required oral surgery! Nope, they took it right outud83dude01 Highly recommend these nice people!!!

I love Palmetto Denture Care! The staff are very nice and caring! I would highly recommend to anyone that may need dentures/partials or extractions!
