They are so compassionate and everyone is always friendly! I am such a coward and had to have a crown recently. Today I cracked a tooth and really dreaded having to have it touched! Everyone that I had an encounter with tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible.

I am a new patient with Carolina Smiles, LLC. After 27 years of going to the same family dental practice, I was very nervous and hesitant to try a new dentist office. However, the friendliness of the staff when scheduling my appointments, immediately made me feel at ease. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with genuine smiles and a nice, warm, cozy environment. The waiting room is very comfortable. It is almost like you are sitting in your own living room, waiting on the dentist... I found this to be very calming to my nerves, as I was anxious being a brand new patient. The office staff were so kind to me. The dental hygienist, Kimberly, was SUPER nice to my son and I. I was very surprised at how much education she provided me during my exam. That was what mattered the most to me, was how knowledgeable Kimberly was during my visit. As a patient, I like to know and fully understand what is going on with my health, and she explained to me everything I needed to know, and answered all my questions! Dr. Davis was so good to me and my son. I truly enjoyed my visits with this practice. I am confident I made a great decision after changing dentist's for the 1st time in my life. ALL of the staff here had smiles on their faces. One of the women who assisted with my cavity filling, was BEYOND GREAT to my son. She helped watch him while I had my appointment. She was very kind to me and was personable, which I liked. She made me feel like I was her friend and I truly appreciate her! I am very eager to continue my patient relationship with this practice. So much education and knowledge is provided on their Website, and in office! I would recommend this dentist practice to everyone! Thank you to Carolina Smiles for making my transition to a new dentist, so easy and memorable! You guys rock!

This place is great!! I highly recommend doctor Wilks!! I am terrified of needles and have had bad experience in the past but he makes it almost painless. AMAZING!!!!!

I love this office. My hygienist is always super nice and the front in is always super friendly and informative. I've had a lot of work done from the office and I would highly recommend them.

The courtesy and care is superior at Carolina Smiles. I am thankful the office was taking new patients. I am receiving the best dental care I have ever had in a warm, caring, and personal environment.
