Very rude. Called to ask if they rented right hand drive vehicles, and was told she didn't know what I was talking about because all vehicles drive the same in a very condescending tone. If you guys want business try not to insult potential customers.
We rent a 15 passenger van every year the day after thanksgiving and go to Hollywood zoo to see the Christmas lights. The people are so kind and always very helpful.
The owner yells at customers and is completely RUDE in handle situations!!! Terrible Place!!
