We have been with Cherokee Trail for several years and have always been very happy with any services we have received. Recently we added a new addition to our family who has had some small, treatable issues and Dr. Strom has been awesome! He has communicated very clearly with us and has called a few times to check in on our little guy to see how things are progressing and answered any question I had. Definitely a highly recommend this vet.
Pricey ... I won't go into too many details but I'm not impressed. Initially I was impressed then later took my dog to a different vet and found out that he could have had a certain medications that would have prevented some problems that he had. By that time it was a little too late.
We've had a great experience with the vet over the past month. The staff seems very caring. I really like the covid precautions that they currently have in place. You are able to drive up and they take your pet into the building from your car and then give you a call when the exam is complete. This is a great way to social distance. This would also be a great service to continue once covid has past.
Very professional and welcoming environment. Doctors and staff are very caring and friendly. Highly recommend!
An absolute joy to visit! Everyone from the nurses to the vet were extremely helpful and informative. First class service all the way. Couldn't recommend a better vet than this!
