The owner, Jimmy, of A Fresh New Look is THE BEST Carpet Guru I’ve ever met. I had the pleasure of meeting him when he installed carpet in a guest room I had. He was professional, fast, and offered a fair price with quality work. I’ve now referred Jimmy to several clients in need of carpet cleaning before listing their homes. Once again he was professional, offered a fair price, and made my clients carpet look new. One of my clients had dogs and white carpet. Jimmy worked his Guru magic and was able to remove both odors and stains. If you are looking for a legit all around Carpet Guru, Jimmy is your guy. It feels good to support local businesses and after meeting Jimmy you’ll want all your friends to meet him too!

A fresh new look completely transformed our carpets. We got the special urine remover treatment and it was like magic on our carpets. I've tried everything to get the urine out and it doesn't even compare to what A Fresh New look did. This company has great values and really cares about the process that goes into cleaning your carpets. I would recommend this company 10/10. So impressed and so satisfied! I loved the work jimmy did. He gave a great deal and he made our carpets look brand new. He was very personable and easy to talk to during his estimate. We desperate needed our carpets stretched and lots of wear taken care of. He did it all fast and was in and out while we were out of the house. Professional and honest. I would recommend him to anyone that needs to save their carpet.

Jimmy is such a friendly, professional guy. I needed my carpet cleaned on very short notice and he was able to come through for me and did a great job. Very personable and pleasant. He did an excellent job with carpets in two homes. He also completed a whole house cleaning on our rental home that included kitchen, bathrooms, inside windows and blinds. Everything was cleaned to perfection. I highly recommend this company!
