Magnolia's Dry Cleaner

Hate to be a Karen, but I got there when they opened, and waited 10 minutes and still nobody was there. So I had to leave. Not the worst thing but maybe they could update their opening time to reflect when they will be there.

They have truly proven the value of hard work and good ethic. I can be a very tough customer-demanding the highest expectation: For personal reasons; I would like to recognize them for remarkable Empathy and commitment to Customer satisfaction.

My husband I have both used both the Dry Cleaning and Tailoring services at Magnolia's and been very pleased with the results! My husband has used their dry cleaning for suits, dress slacks, dress shirts, travel corporate casual attire, and silk ties. I have used their dry cleaning services for both work suits, silks that are dry clean only, scarves, dress and casual clothes that are dry clean only. We have both also used this cleaner for jackets, leather and other, and have had them remove stains from a jacket that we weren't sure could be removed, and Magnolia's made no guarantee of stain removal, but were successful, nonetheless. I am quite short, and though I am sometimes able to find pants that come in petite, at my height, most pants either do not come in petite, or the vast majority still have to be hemmed to fit appropriately with my shoes. I have used Magnolia often for this, they do a great job, although of course you should factor in time to try on the pants for hemming and bring the shoes along that you will wear them with for correct hemlines, and take into account the things me it will take for Magnolia's to hem for you, usually 3 to 5 days, depending on drop off time. For those people with a set work schedule, please ensure you check with Magnolia's for drop off and pick-up time as Magnolia's currently closes early, Saturdays at 3 pm.

Good customer service. My clothes come back clean and well pressed. In my life I’ve tried different dry cleaners in California and Utah. I have never had a dry cleaners do such a great job on our clothes like Magnolia Cleaners. Been going there for almost 4 years and will continue with Magnolia Cleaners.

Kicked me out of his store: I took 3 shirts in to get altered a few months ago, I returned today, with my 7 year old daughter, to have one fixed because a seam came loose. The owner wanted me to pay to have it fixed, even after I explained it should be fixed under warranty due to it not being done properly the first time. He said he has to pay a third party to fix it, which really shouldn’t be my concern, that should be between the owner and the tailor he contracts with. At this point it was only a discussion of why it should be fixed for free, (at first I dint think he understood that I already paid for the repair, due to the language barrier)he then showed me the back of the receipt the fine print, which only covers one month. He then all of a sudden asked me to return to my car, pointed to his “right to refuse service” sign and said he has a camera and kicked me out and asked me to never to return, he turned his back and walked away. I wasn’t given a chance to discuss the one month policy, before being kicked out. There was no screaming or yelling, only me pointing out the problem and asking for it to be fixed, politely. I was treated like I was unruly and threatening and being unreasonable. I was appalled of his demeanor and lack of customer service, I have been going here for a few years for regular dry cleaning service, and never have had an issue. I was surprised that he was willing to kick me out for a $10 repair. This made my daughter cry for 20 mins, because she was so scared of what happened, it terrified her. I understand that there is a time limit on warranty service, but the real issue is how this owner handles customers and isn’t willing to have a negative conversation without kicking people out of his store. I have never been asked to leave a business in my life...
