Informed DAY OF appointment that insurance was not accepted. We have been waiting 4 weeks for this appointment (no call about insurance). Lady states insurance is not accepted and she “just found out”. Laughed during the conversation. No call prior to appointment so we could look for other options. This is very unfortunate for the pediatric client.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The building is clean, the staff communicates great with parents, and the environment is so fun for kids. Every speech therapist looked like they genuinely cared for the kids. My 2 year old son received speech therapy here for about a year. He spoke very few words when he started. By the time we had to move, he was saying tons of words, making request, and getting his point across. He would have not made this progress without speech therapy. He would ask to go see his speech therapist, Jenna, all the time, so I know he loves it! We moved away 2 months ago and my son still asks to go see her. He was learning so much while playing! Even the receptionists were amazing! As a result of my work schedule, I constantly had to change dates and times, but they always worked with us and never felt like a bother. Absolutely recommend!!!!

I am a new mom with tons of anxiety about my baby. The staff at Pediatric Therapy Associates was NOTHING but fantastic with us at every visit. When I was having fears that my baby was behind developmentally they were reassuring while explaining to me what may be happening. The results that we saw were far beyond what I could have imagine and expected. We are now flourishing. I cannot give this company a more glowing review. I will be forever grateful to them!
