I cannot say enough good things about this location. I was referred here for an injury and was blown away by how friendly the staff here is! I worked with multiple therapists over the course of my treatment and every one of them is kind and compassionate, but more importantly extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me through my injury and set up a plan of care going forward to help keep it from happening again. I left feeling educated on my injury and empowered to help keep the problem from occurring again. In fact I was so pleased, that after I had a totally unrelated injury that needed treatment, I came here specifically again, just because I felt the care here was so high quality. Anyone who chooses this location will not be disappointed with how excellent the quality of care is!

I only dealt with Paul Padgett, but just dealing with him alone was enough for me to rate this place 5 stars. He knows what he is doing, and he takes how you are feeling and your pain level into account when helping you. Well worth it.

The entire staff at Select PT (Lexington site) is amazing! The therapist Denise that I work with I very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She is phenomenal!! I highly recommend Select PT.

My daughter is being treated for hip injury and she is a dancer, Brenden is awesome! Polly takes very good care of scheduling an appointment to fit your schedule. We followed our PT person, Paul from another company to this company and so far satisified. Now even a more bonus, they have a PTA that is a ballerina! She is familiar with a dancers body and movement, my daughter absolutely loves all 3 PT's at the Lexington location. I highly recommend, especially if a dancer! I feel confident they will get my dancer back in motion safely and strong!

My experience at Select PT was a good one. Brenden made sure I was comfortable doing what was needed in a safe manner. He ensured that my therapy program was within the limits of my capabilities. I appreciate everything I learned from Brenden while at Select PT.
